The certificate
comes first.
Most brands will send you a certificate if you ask. We publish yours before the batch leaves the building, against the batch number printed on your carton. If the number isn’t live, the product doesn’t ship.
Testing is carried out by an independent UK laboratory. No in-house testing, no summary PDFs, no “available on request”.

Take the cartridge from the fridge and let it reach room temperature. Twist the barrel open, seat the cartridge, twist closed.
Attach a fresh needle
A new micro-needle every time, without exception. Clean the site with a sterile wipe and let it dry fully.
Dial and deliver
Set your dose on the dial, hold against the site, press. Needle straight into the sharps container afterwards.

What is NAD+?
NAD+ stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every living cell and plays an important role in processes including cellular energy metabolism, cellular communication and DNA maintenance.
Do I need to buy another pen every time?
No. The PURENAD+ pen is designed to be reused. When required, you retain your existing pen and purchase the correct compatible replacement cartridge.
Why is this cheaper than the alternatives?
Because the markup was never the molecule. We have no clinic to run, no consultation to charge for and no showroom to pay for. The compound costs what it costs; much of this category’s pricing is overhead and marketing spend recovered per unit.
Does NAD+ reverse ageing?
No product should be presented as reversing the ageing process. NAD+ is involved in cellular processes studied in healthy-ageing research, but evidence for specific outcomes from injectable NAD+ remains limited and continues to develop.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Individual experiences vary, and no result or timeframe can be guaranteed. Research into the outcomes of injectable NAD+ remains developing.
How should cartridges be stored?
Always follow the storage instructions printed on the product packaging. Do not use a cartridge that has been frozen, damaged, improperly stored or kept beyond its stated expiry date.
